Do nice guys finish last?
We’ve all heard it said: Nice guys finish last. But, is there any truth to it?
In search of the answer, I roamed Simpson College’s campus to get feedback from students.

Nice guys finish last because all girls want to be made to feel special and when jerks make them feel special they like that but when nice guys treat them respectable and like a normal human being, they don’t feel treated special enough so they go for the jerk who gives them attention rather it be negative or not
“Nice Guys Finish Last” is something I’m always told in my life. From a very young age, I was always taught to treat not just women, but everybody, with respect and to be a so-called “nice guy.” Yet for as long as I’ve been old enough to witness my friends dating, it’s fascinated me that some women have this attraction to guys who are rude to them. People have explained to me that it’s just a phase women go through, and that once they’re ready to settle down and get married they’ll go for the “nice guy.” Regarding that mindset, I truly don’t have an opinion. But based on what I’ve seen with my guy friends, yes, I would say that nice guys do indeed finish last.
